MARK LIKES CARS: Mark bought a Laforza
WHAT THE FUCK IS A LAFORZA
One fateful day in the early 80s, some Italians snorted too much cocaine and decided it’d be a great idea to adapt a military project vehicle for road use. The Italians adopted the base vehicle as the Iveco VM 90, and the SUV based off that platform became the Rayton-Fissore Magnum. In 1989, they decided there was no replacement for replacement, and slapped in a Ford 5.0.
“Rayton-Fissore Magnum” wasn’t an exotic enough name for the US, so they decided it’d be a good idea to call them “Laforza” instead. Single names were cool in the 80s. Remember Prince? Everyone loved Prince.
Anyways, Mark bought one. More details to come after Mark shells out enough money to pay for a couple of years of private school to his mechanic.
